Development Ambassador Program
This program places youth in development and outreach opportunities within existing nonprofit initiatives, allowing them to build practical skills through hands-on experience. No previous experience is required.

The Equity Advocacy Incubator supports youth who want to deepen and expand the impact of an initiative they care about. Through mentorship, feedback, and strategic guidance, participants are encouraged to strengthen their ideas and grow them into more sustainable community efforts.
