Mentorship and guidance for youth seeking to strengthen the impact, clarity, and sustainability of their initiatives.
The Equity Advocacy Incubator supports youth who want to develop an initiative with greater clarity, depth, and long-term impact. Through mentorship and structured guidance, participants are encouraged to strengthen their ideas, reflect more intentionally on their work, and grow their projects in a more thoughtful and sustainable way.
The incubator is designed not only to support project development, but also to help students mature as leaders. Participants are guided in thinking more strategically, communicating their ideas more clearly, and building a stronger sense of purpose behind the work they do.
Participants may receive mentorship in project development, guidance in writing community reports, and support in presenting their work in a more polished and credible way. The incubator is also intended to help students build confidence, strengthen their initiative, and develop experiences that meaningfully contribute to their long-term growth.
This incubator is intended for students who already have an initiative, idea, or area of interest they want to develop further. Whether a participant is looking to strengthen the impact of an existing project or shape an early idea into something more substantial, the program is meant to provide encouragement, accountability, and thoughtful support.
